KOTA is everything we learned.
What are we building?
Five saunas, communal pools, cold plunges. Open sky and a social space built to be lingered in. It isn't a spa. It isn't a bathhouse. It's a village, somewhere to gather & slow down.
Somewhere ordinary people come to feel extraordinary.
